The word yoga means connection. Connect with your breath, body, mind and soul in a small class setting. We start each class by asking, “What does your body need today?”
With up to 8 students per class, your practice is tailored to your needs. Taught following hatha yoga traditions, each class includes pranayama (breathing techniques) as well as asanas (postures).
