You get coaching, mentorship, and reiki energy healing rolled into one – unite your mind, body and spirit at once, during each session. Sessions are online via Zoom.

Each session is unique and tailored to your needs. We’ll tune in to your energy to see what modality is needed most for you at the time – perhaps we begin with reiki and end with coaching. Another session might include mentorship by discussing how to reclaim your personal energy and then we’ll move into coaching on how to thrive in your career. The possibilities are endless with this strong combination.
